Known locally in Austin, Texas to appear at rallies and anti-war demonstrations, Angell is self described as "The most famous gay activist in Austin that everybody knows OF but nobody KNOWS".

    Austin, It's Time to Make a Few Calls
    With just a few weeks left until Election Day, it's increasingly urgent that Congress act now to ensure that we all have a chance to vote on Voter Verified Paper Ballots.
    Congress has just returned from its summer recess.
    We've got to demand immediate action on two key federal bills that would require paper ballots: a Senate bill sponsored by a Republican, Sen. JohnEnsign, and a House bill sponsored by a Democrat, Rep. Rush Holt.
